In the year 2000, Aprendo Contigo was born as a response from civil society to a latent need. The beginnings of Aprendo Contigo arose from the experience of a mother and her son in medical treatment who arrived in another country and learned about hospital educational care in another environment.

Thanks to the impact that this experience has on her life, she decides to join a pedagogue friend with proven and long experience, to present the project to the medical staff of the pediatrics department of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases. This is how the history of our association begins.
